The Project Semicolon Tattoo started as a social media movement on 2013 as an advocacy for mental health struggle and suicide prevention.The semicolon movement is a project about giving hope, encouragement, inspiration and love for those people who battles depression, suicide, addiction, and self-injury.
As an advocate I made my own design that basically reflects my personal experiences and my dedication to the semicolon project. Failures in life are the basic reasons why we decided to stop, but if we are brave enough to face the trials we will definitely survive.

Ouroboros
It symbolized the Cycle of Eternity.
“The Ouroboros has several meanings interwoven into it. Foremost is the symbolism of the serpent biting, devouring, or eating its own tail. This symbolizes the cyclic Nature of the Universe: creation out of destruction, Life out of Death. The ouroboros eats its own tail to sustain its life, in an eternal cycle of renewal. It is sometimes depicted in a lemniscate shape (figure eight) as well.”
